  10. THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  24. Washington and shall inure to the benefit of the author of PBASMLIB and 
  25. any successors, administrators, heirs and assigns. Any action or proceeding 
  26. brought by either party against the other arising out of or related to this 
  27. agreement shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent 
  28. jurisdiction located in King County, Washington. The parties hereby consent 
  29. to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.

  33. PBASMLIB consists of many low-level functions written in assembly language.
  34. Given the nature of the library, the likelihood of direct or consequential
  35. system or data damage arising from the misuse of the routines, or from
  36. bugs present in the routines, may be high.  It is recommended that you
  37. back up all important data on your hard drive before using PBASMLIB routines,
  38. especially experimentally.  Be sure to stay within the default values given
  39. in the documentation for each routine, and be prepared to immediately reboot  
  40. if you go into an unsupported video mode using ROM BIOS routines.  You use 
  41. PBASMLIB routines entirely at your own risk, and bear all responsibility for 
  42. the consequences of the misuse of low-level system functions.  Appropriate 
  43. precautions should ALWAYS be taken before using PBASMLIB routines.

  45. The use of PBASMLIB routines in any way constitutes implied agreement with
  46. the above conditions and disclaimer.
